Markforged (Installation)

This Markforged installation training is designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of Markforged 3D printers. It covers the basics of printer setup, from unboxing and assembly to network connection and calibration. Students are introduced to Eiger, the Markforged slicing software, and how to use it to create accurate 3D prints. Participants will learn how to operate and maintain a Markforged printer, as well as troubleshoot any issues. By the end of the course, participants will have the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully install and operate a Markforged 3D printer.

 

Duration: 1 day (7h)

Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM)

The Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) training course provides CAD users with an overview of additive manufacturing fundamentals and the process of designing for 3D printing. Participants learn how to create 3D models optimized for 3D printing, the importance of design considerations when designing parts for additive manufacturing, and how to prepare 3D models for the printing process. This course covers design techniques, material selection, design validation, and post-processing. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and knowledge to design parts with additive manufacturing in mind.
