Account manager – Nashua

Falling under the Vice-President of Sales, the account manager at SolidXperts will be in charge of contacting and meeting actual and future clients. This person will need to assess and understand the needs of the clients, he will provide a support and perform presentations of the software SOLIDWORKS with the Technical Representative. This person will also be participating to sales events/expositions to promote the solutions offered by SolidXperts around the territory of Nashua’s office.

The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Strong analytic skills
  • High level of autonomy
  • Organization skills
  • Good working methods with a CRM (customer relationship management) tool
  • Customer service skills
  • In possession of a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Task description:
  • Manage to find, contact and follow-up with potential clients.
  • Provide and maintain up to date a weekly forecast.
  • Organize on site meetings with future and actual clients to assess their needs and provide them with appropriate resources.
  • Create presentations with the Technical Representative’s regarding the products and services that SolidXperts offers.
  • Participate to sales activities (Expositions, sales events, etc.)
Working conditions:
  • On the road (30 to 40%)
  • Full-time (35 hours / week)
  • Permanent

SolidWorks Application Engineer

SolidXperts Inc. The largest supplier of SOLIDWORKS software needs to fill a position within its technical team. This position will focus on support, training, and services for SOLIDWORKS and its many software packages. We are looking for an application engineer to work in our Nashua (NH) office.
This full-time job involves providing SOLIDWORKS training courses, answering phone calls and emails of customers in need of support, visiting customers who need help to integrate the software, and so on. We are a multidisciplinary team that supports multiple software packages (Simulation, PDM, etc.) but we primarily need someone experienced SOLIDWORKS and its many facets (Windows, Installation, etc.). We are also a dealer of 3D printers, and we provide the training and installation services on site.  We are looking for a self-sufficient person who is focused on customer service. 


The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

 sales
  • Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial design or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software
  • Experience with customer service
  • Need to have a reliable vehicle

SolidXperts is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is driven with a proven track record to serve customers.

The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

 sales
  • Previous experience in sales (3 to 5 years)
  • Excellent verbal & written skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and adapt to them
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • An assertive, well-organized self-starter with demonstrated sales aptitude and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, goal oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
