SOLIDWORKS/DriveWorks Application Specialist [Montreal]

Job Description:

This full-time position consists of integrating customer products into DriveWorks with the goal of adding logic to the products, and ultimately producing a configurator according to certain established specifications. These customers already own the SOLIDWORKS design software but want to add DriveWorks to design ‘similar but different’ products. The objective is to help these customers integrate the software into their design process by installing the software, coaching and training, and, above all, setting up their products in a turnkey project.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual who is independent, resourceful, precise, bilingual, and focused on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has the following attributes:

  • DEC or BA in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields;
  • Excellent knowledge of the SOLIDWORKS software;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Experience in project management;
  • Knowledge of basic programming;
  • Knowledge of databases.

Inside Sales Representative [Nashua]

The Inside Sales Representative will oversee the prospecting of clients in the New England territory. The representative will have to generate new leads/opportunities by getting in touch with businesses to align our solutions with their needs and will have to make sure that an on-site presentation is scheduled with the Account Manager and the Technical Representative.

Qualifications:

  • You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, prospection or call center
  • You have a valid driver’s licence (an asset)
  • You have an American passport
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • You have previously worked with Salesforce or another similar CRM
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the different social media’s platforms
  • You are a good listener
  • You can prioritize and multitasks
  • You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You have work experience in either the manufacturing or digital industry (an asset)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities/leads with incoming and outgoing prospects;
  • Understand the needs and challenges of the clients and guide them to the appropriate Account Manager;
  • Work closely with the account manager and technical team;
  • Achieve the weekly and monthly goals;
  • Schedule appointments for the appropriate Account Manager at the client site;
  • Maintain and grow the prospects database in a specific geographic territory;
  • Participate in diverse events as trade shows, expositions, etc.;
  • Other related tasks.
