Your Stratasys 3D printer quickly becomes an important part of your day to day operations. While Stratasys printers are renowned for their durability, they still operate with complex mechanical systems. You can make sure that your 3D printer is always in optimal condition and reduce downtime to a minimum with the SolidXperts 3D printer maintenance package.  

Inlcudes:

• Certified Stratasys technicians
• If your Dimension printer is under repair we will print out your parts for you**

We include a free preventive maintenance visit once per year. During this visit our technician will recalibrate your printer and pre-emptively change any parts that show deterioration. Maximizing your printer uptime.

*Consumables like cartridges, build plates and print tips are not included. Travel fees over 25km from our Montreal office are sunject to a charge of 0.45 /km .
** Emergency printing services are offered at a rate of $10 per cubic inch of material to build parts, plus shipping and handling fees. Subject to printer availability for printing options and delays.

uPrint Series Maintenance Package Services

The uPrint series 3D printers are engeneered to be simple to use and simple to service if required. The uPrint maintenance package is designed to offer optimal uPrint dependability with simple printer maintenance.

Includes:

• 100% part coverage with detailed instructions for part replacement
• 24/7 telephone support
• Emergency printing services offered by SolidXperts*
