SOLIDWORKS Rx is a tool that helps you diagnose and understand the impact of your operating system on the performance of the software and recommends improvements. Primarily, the tool facilitates communication with technical support by taking a video capture of a problem on SOLIDWORKS and gathering the system files and registry variables needed to analyze the problem.
Here is a comparison of 2019 and previous versions of SOLIDWORKS:

1) Select the screen you want to use for problem capture.

2) Save the entire screen instead of just the SOLIDWORKS window. You no longer need to put another application window in front of the SOLIDWORKS window like before.
