On June 1st, the STIQ association, whose mission is to ensure a competitive manufacturing supply chain, organized a networking golf tournament in Montreal’s beautiful Country Club to bring together Quebec’s manufacturing supply and demand.
It’s was under the theme “Automation, cornerstone of the 4.0 industry”, organized by the REAI (The Grouping of OEMs in Industrial Automation), that M. Antoine Audy-Julien, from Deloitte, presented the major changes to come in Quebec’s manufacturing sector: A worldwide transformation increases investment in automation and robotics and results in added value and technological intensity for businesses.

This timely move helps with our society’s expansion, as our old office could no longer support us.
It’s for the Personal Orientation Program of his high school, La cité des jeunes, that Simon-Olivier chose SolidXperts for his career day. SolidXperts supports students, tomorrow’s workforce, by inviting them for their career days. Throughout this day, they get to experience the daily life of a designer, from working on a piece in SolidWorks to printing it on our Markforged’s Mark II printer.
