Account Manager [Nashua]

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and working for a fast-growing and dynamic company, The Account Manager establishes a long-term partnership with clients and prospects, ensures client satisfaction, and maintains and grows3D design solutions sales in assigned existing accounts or prospects. He liaises with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Services clients while generating additional revenues from the company’s 3D design solutions and services portfolio.
  • Liaises between the customer and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Leads and coordinates sales opportunities in a collaborative approach with the technical department.
  • Forecasts and tracks key account metrics
  • Builds and enhances relationships across the client organization.
  • Renews software subscription and service programs for key accounts.
  • Measures and increases client satisfaction by developing strategies that will contribute to the “Wow” factor; and
  • Manages his sales processes including pipeline, account, contacts, activities, and calls using the company sales tools (SalesForce…) to drive sales growth and planning.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years Account Management Experience, preferably in Software/SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-lasting relationships with senior client buyers
  • Ability to take a vision, translate it into an actionable plan, and execute
  • Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Strong ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, tech-savvy, and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in analyzing and determining the needs of clients, developing strategies and action plans for revenue growth and profitability
  • Bachelor’s Degree is an asset

Payroll Technician and Accounting Support [Montreal]

The ideal candidate possesses the following assets: 

 

  • Proven work experience (minimum 5 years) as a payroll technician
  • Knowledge of APD Workforce Now and SAGE 300 is an asset
  • Experience in carrying out accounting tasks (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank  reconciliation) an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and must perform well in a varied IT environment
  • Professional attitude and demonstrate autonomy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingualism required
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when problems arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • DEC in accounting or equivalent

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Perform the complete payroll cycle for our Canadian and American entities
  • Create, verify and follow up on information in employee files (hiring, departure, illness, alimony, etc.)
  • Validate the supporting documents for the expense accounts and their coding.
  • Respond to various requests from employees regarding their pay and group insurance
  • Keep the group insurance plan up to date in the systems, transmit information to new employees, enroll new employees in the plan, etc.
  • Prepare, review and transmit year-end documents such as T4, Relevé 1, Summary, CNESST, WSIB, etc.
  • Responsible for US government remittances in various US states.
  • Maintaining group RRSP and 401(K) records, transmitting information on these plans to new employees and notifying employees of any changes.
  • Record journal entries relating to payroll in the accounting system.
  • Prepare check requisitions for certain manual remittances of source deductions.
  • Produce various payroll analyses when requested.
  • Contribute to the team effort by performing accounting tasks as needed.
