- QLS230 is powered by two advanced software suites, Buildware, and XYZprint AMSLS. Buildware controls the sintering process while the XYZprint AMSLSÂ allows users to start and monitor jobs remotely.
Cold Metal Fusion Compatible
- The revolutionary Cold Metal Fusion technique by headmade materials® combines the benefits of quick cycle sintering with well-known powder metallurgy procedures to produce titanium and steel components. The QLS230 creates ‘green’ components in a low-temperature processing environment using a metal powder with a polymer coating. The residual polymer is subsequently burned off and the metal particles are fused together during a further debinding and sintering procedure to create the final metal components.
