SOLIDWORKS Solutions Specialist [Quebec]

Our Quebec office is growing, and we are looking for a Software Solutions Specialist for SOLIDWORKS and our other partner products. The objective of this position will be to complete the technical team already in place at our Quebec office. If you like SOLIDWORKS and want to become a Solutions Specialist, this is the job for you.

Job Summary:

As a Solutions Specialist, you will be the #1 reference for the diverse modules of the SOLIDWORKS software family as well as our range of 3D printers. The Specialist will oversee the presentation of the software to potential customers, training, technical support, and installation of 3D printers, as well as various internal and external projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the software presentation to potential clients;
  • Offer technical support to the Sales team;
  • Provide training and coaching to clients;
  • Install 3D printers at client locations;
  • Provide support for clients on a variety of projects;
  • Other related tasks.

Work Environment:

  • Full time position (35h/week)

The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • College degree in mechanical engineering or design;
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering or design;
  • Excellent knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software;
  • The ability to offer training, both internally and externally;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Bilingual (French and English, oral and written);
  • Valid Drivers’ License;
  • Ability to work independently;

Billing Clerk [Montreal]

The ideal candidate has the following assets:

  • Two (2) years of experience in a field related to administration and/or customer service;
  • Bilingual French & English (oral and written);
  • Proven time management and priority setting skills in a high-volume context;
  • Initiative and is proactive;
  • An analytical mind;
  • Enjoys working in a team;
  • Experience with Sage 300 software;
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite;


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with various representatives to ensure the validity of the information required to carry out their work;
  • Initiate and register orders with various suppliers, including the creation of purchase orders;
  • Create and save invoices as required;
  • Make corrections to the system when needed;
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system;
  • Perform related tasks requested by the supervisor.

Application Specialist – Technical Support [Montreal]

Job Description:

The Application Specialist will be the first point of contact with our SOLIDWORKS, and its various modules, license customers. This full-time position involves playing a key role in quickly responding to our customers’ technical issues. We are a multi-disciplinary team that supports multiple software packages (SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS PDM, etc.), but we are looking to add a new team member that is primarily knowledgeable about the SOLIDWORKS software. The specialist will also be called upon in the future to train our customers on our various products at in-class sessions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical support calls;
  • Follow client requests;
  • Help clients use the software more efficiently;
  • Communicate with customers to solve problems, most often by phone or email;
  • Customer training.


The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • DEC in mechanical engineering, industrial design or equivalent experience;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent knowledge of the SOLIDWORKS software;
  • Excellent priority management;
  • Experience with customer service;
  • Established problem-solving skills;
  • Highly independent;
  • Quick learner.
