Technical Instructor [Nashua]

SolidXperts is looking to add to our team of expert technical staff based in our Nashua NH office. Our clients use industry leading engineering software, scanners, 3D printers, and receive exceptional consulting and support.

Our partners include premier brands such as SOLIDWORKS, Markforged, Artec 3D and Raise 3D, while our customers include firms such as Ben & Jerry’s, Walkin’ Pets, Stanley Black & Decker, Shell, and thousands more.

Tasks –

Provide customer training from partner provided materials.

Develop new training materials for custom classes or new product courses.

Obtain and maintain required partner product certifications.

Participate in webcasts, live presentations and similar pre-sales product education events.

Track and record customer participation & certificates.

Create prerecorded technical tips and other content to educate customers about functions and features of their products.

Present course materials in live classroom sessions, webcasts, and hybrid classes.

Requirements –

An engineering degree and strong CAD skills, preferably SOLIDWORKS.

Or – Previous experience providing certified training for software or hardware technology products.

Ability to travel to customer locations or partner facilities when required.

Basic computer skills including software installation, and experience with advanced desktop and cloud applications.

Technical Support Engineer [Nashua]

Tasks –

Answer software and 3D printer customer cases that arrive by phone and email.

Test and verify reported new issues as needed.

Follow up with supplier partners when appropriate.

Assist customers with upgrades and similar tasks via remote desktop or similar tool.

Track and record resolution of cases.

Create technical tips and other content to educate customers about functions and features of their products.

Requirements –

An engineering degree and strong CAD skills, preferably SOLIDWORKS.

Problem solving abilities.

Prior experience with 3D printing/additive manufacturing.

Basic computer skills including software installation, and experience with advanced desktop and cloud applications.

Account Manager [Nashua]

Are you an individual who is extremely organized and loves to build relationships with your clients through excellent customer service and provide solutions?

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and working for a fast growing and dynamic company, The Account Manager establishes a long-term partnership with clients and prospects, ensures client satisfaction and to maintains and grows3D design solutions sales in assigned existing accounts or prospects. He liaises with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Job Duties:

  • Services clients while generating additional revenues from the company 3D design solutions and services portfolio.
  • Liaises between the customer and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Leads and coordinates sales opportunities in a collaborative approach with technical department.
  • Forecasts and tracks key account metrics
  • Builds and enhances relationships across the client organization.
  • Renews software subscription and service programs for key account.
  • Measures and increases client satisfaction by developing strategies that will contribute to the “Wow” factor; and
  • Manages his sales processes including pipeline, account, and contacts, activities and call using the company sales tools (SalesForce…) to drive sales growth and planning.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Account Management Experience, preferably in Software/SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long lasting relationships with senior client buyers
  • Ability to take a vision, translate into an actionable plan and execute
  • Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Strong ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, tech savvy and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in analyzing and determining the needs of clients, developing strategies and action plans for revenue growth and profitability
  • Bachelor’s Degree is an asset
